Room was nice, clean, updated and smelled fine. Front desk staff were great, if it's closed just call from the phone on the wall across from it and they'll open up. Dont put the key card next to your phone in your pocket or it will not work and they'll have to reset it. Hallway smelled a bit funny from people cooking, a different smell each day. Yesterday it was popcorn. It's cheap and attracts some of that crowd but I had no problems. I stayed a week. You have to take your trash out to the dumpster. Good deal for the weekly price. Good wifi.
We stayed here with my family a few months ago and we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very kind, especially Kenneth who went out of his way to ensure the best possible stay for us. If we needed something, Kenneth made sure we were well taken care of. Very grateful for him and the hotel is lucky to have an amazing employee
Was ok bed was soft. Other than the dog across the hall was nice and quiet. Shower had good pressure. Sheets had stains but .......

Great value, nice staff. Room was clean & functional. Had a bathroom door that wouldn't shut all the way. Not a huge deal. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
I stayed here an entire week and am very satisfied. Although it's out of date the rooms are verrrrry clean considering I'm a clean freak. Front desk was friendly and housekeeping was nice. If I had to I would stay here again. No complaints except outside is a bit rough but who cares when your bed and bathroom is clean ! Thanks !
The first room we were assigned to smelled horrible and the bed was so squeaky I knew I wasn't going to get any sleep. I went and asked Ken at the desk if they had anything we could upgrade to and explained my reasoning. He was so kind, helpful and apologized for the room. He allowed us to check out another room and it was much better. If you're looking for nice rooms, this isn't it...and is very over priced. However, Ken saved this review from being a 1 star. Is close to Iowa State Fairgrounds.
The staff here are honestly very nice and help with all and any concerns. The location is perfect because you're not far from Gracie stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The room are clean and cute. It is very affordable whether it is for a night or a week. I do recommend this hotel everyone.
